Bridal wear can take much longer approximately 6-8 weeks.

Do you offer rush services?
Yes, we offer rush services for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and timeline.

Payment Policy

To ensure a smooth and efficient service we kindly ask that all payments be made upfront before any alterations take place.

  • General Alterations- Full payment is required before any work begins.
  • Bridal Alterations- A 50% deposit must be paid before any alterations are made.

Terms & Conditions – Sunnybank Sewing Services
1. Alterations Onsite
All clothing alterations are carried out onsite at Sunnybank Sewing Services.
2. Pricing & Additional Alterations
• The alteration fee will be discussed at the initial consultation and will be the final price unless additional alterations are requested in later fittings.
• Any further requested alterations may incur additional charges.
3. Complaints & Adjustments
• Any issues or complaints must be brought directly to Sunnybank Sewing Services, not the bridal shop where the item was purchased.
• Adjustments within 48 hours of collection will be done under the original fee. After 48 hours, additional charges will apply.
4. Fittings & Final Approval
• Brides must be fully satisfied with all alterations before taking the item home.
• Some alterations may require more than two fittings, depending on the complexity of the work needed.
5. Refund Policy
• Refunds are not available for items that have been altered.
• Refunds will not be issued if the item is returned to the bridal shop instead of Sunnybank Sewing Services.
6. Pinning Policy
• All bridal alterations must be pinned by a member of Sunnybank Sewing Services.
• If an item is pinned elsewhere, we cannot take responsibility for the accuracy of the alterations. In such cases, any adjustments needed will be the customer’s responsibility.
